Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Waypoint (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using Waypoint

You need an account to use the hosted app. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Use the service lawfully. Don’t attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other people’s data.
You may connect your own tools using the tokens you generate. Keep those tokens private and revoke any you no longer use.

Your content

Your notes belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display them back to you, and to process them when you ask the assistant for help. You can export or delete your content at any time.

Availability

We work to keep Waypoint running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is,” without warranties. We may update, pause, or change features as the product evolves, and we’ll aim to give reasonable notice of meaningful changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Waypoint isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Ending use

You can stop using Waypoint and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
